Semper offers full-service residential and estate property care, including maintenance, repairs, installations, and proactive readiness.
How Maintenance Plans Work
Maintenance plans reserve a set number of service hours for one monthly visit. Additional hours and visits are handled as needed and charged at a discounted rate shown above. Maintenance plans do not include: parts, supplies, equipment rentals, part sourcing, or drive time to your property (15min max). This is to ensure maximum efficiency for Semper and good use of time while working for you.

We offer flexible scheduling options and can typically schedule an appointment within 24-48 hours of your initial request.
We offer plans with more hours per month or we charge a discounted hourly rate for additional hours needed.
We strongly encourage clients to create a to-do list at least 48 hours prior to our arrival for monthly scheduled maintenance, so that your allotted time slot is fulfilled.
We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. For maintenance plans, payment is due upon completion of the first service and will be billed monthly following.
